I graduated from the Wilton Course 1 on Friday.....YEAH!!! Now for some strange reason, Hobby lobby doesn't offer Course 2 until August, but they have course 3 in June. It makes no sense to me why Hobby Lobby doesn't offer course 2 before course 3, but the instructor said as long as you've had course 1 you can take the other 3 out of order. I signed up for course 3 with Hobby Lobby and will be going to Michael's for Course 2 in May. I'm ready to get finished with all the course's so I can make birthday cakes and baby shower goodies! Below is my last cake from Course 1. Shelby has already picked her birthday cake out of a wilton magazine I have. I have to learn everything by September so I can make it perfect for her!!!
