For this cake, I had to make 46 Easter Lillies. Let's just say I am sick of Easter Lillies now!!! I actually finished the class last Tuesday, the day before Jeff left. It looks better in the pictures than it did up close. I am no a fan of Royal Icing Flowers. I took a fondant class 2 Saturday's at another place and fell in love with Fondant Roses. They look so much better. Only one more course to go. It's Fondant & Gumpaste. I'm really looking forward to it!!

Pretty Candy! Jeff is going to make you go into cake decorating as a business to supplement all those shopping sprees you and Brooke go on! :-)
whoa, that's fancy...and looks like a lot of work. You have more patience than I for sure to make all those flowers. Too bad you can't freeze it for a couple decades and pull it out for Brooke's wedding :)
