Kalyn is on the jump rope team at school and they were having a show at one of the middle schools in town. Jeff, Brooke and I met the rest of my family at the school to cheer Kalyn on. Boy did I feel old watching these little kids bounce around with these jump ropes. I could feel every joint in my body aching as they jumped!!! It was amazing watching all these teams jump rope with all their tricks. After the show, Jeff, Brooke and I had lunch at Applebee's (Yummy!! Although, Jeff wasn't thrilled with his entree). Later that evening we went to my sister's house to watch the UFC fights on pay-per-view. Luckily Brooke slept through all the violence and I was wishing I had done the same. I can't believe people train to get the crap beat out of them. My sister and I kept burying our eyes as the fighters got beat to a pulp. We got home a little before 2 am. Boy were we worn out!!!

aww! don't you love it as they grow? they get so beautiful, but i think it's sad that they're not little tiny newborns, you know? although sleep is soooo underrated!!
