Have you ever...
gotten to your mailbox expecting junk mail and much to your surprise there is a card in it...for your 7 month old! Upon inspection of the writing you realize you know that messy handwriting anywhere and the return address confirms your suspicions. You open the card knowing it will probably be something extremely sweet! You cannot wait until you get back inside the house to open it, so you tear into it standing at the mailbox. You try to read it out loud to your daughter who is very interested in what you are holding only to find tears running down your face as you try to get the words written in the card out. You try to regain your composure and hope your neighbors don't see you and attempt to read it again. That is what happened to me yesterday!

awww...well, that is just the CUTEST thing!!! Where did he find a card like that over there...do they have a Hallmark on base? :) :) What a sweet daddy he is! I always knew he would be...he got the "sending sweet card thing" from his dad (aka Pops) :)

Well, I've got a case of the tears now too! How sweet is that!!!??? BLESS his heart, he must miss you both so much!! And that card says it all!! It must be so hard to see little Brooke on Skype and not be able to hold her!! Only two more weeks!!! It will be a glorious day!! Love Ya Nina
